A Virtual Private Network (VPN) provides a secure communication channel
("tunnel") between two gateway routers or between a remote PC and a gateway
router, as in the following scenarios:

Site-to-Site VPN: The VPN Tunnel connects two routers to secure traffic
between two sites that are physically separated. See
