Power off external devices:
Monitors
Peripheral drives (hard drives, smart card readers, tape drives, floppy media, CD-
ROM or DVD-ROM drives)
Any other external devices

Disconnecting External Workstation Hardware

Caution – Hazardous voltage present.

Monitor power and signal cables (
