DAQ-Sync inter-board Triggers/Clocks

The DAQ-Sync bus provides inter-board triggering and synchronization capability. Five
trigger/strobe I/O pins and one clock I/O pin are provided on a 14-pin header. The
DAQ-Sync signals use dedicated pins. Only the direction may be set.
