Press to select a destination from the Address Book, or to search for a number registered in the
Address Book.

modes.
Press to check the status or details of a send or receive job, or to cancel a job.
Press to specify the time at which you want to send an original.
Press to manage sent and received documents by using any of the three kinds of memory boxes
(Confidential, Relay, and Batch Sending).
Press to scan both sides of the original.

Special Features screen
When you press [Special Features] on the Fax Basic
Features screen, the Special Features screen appears
on the touch panel display. The Special Features screen
displays special functions available for facsimile
processing. For certain functions, a more detailed screen
appears.
To close the Special Features screen and return to the
Fax Basic Features screen, press [Done].
Pressing after selecting a function brings up the help
screen containing guidance information.
This is useful when you want to know more about the
function.
