Activity Report

The Activity Report is a printed log that shows the results of send and receive jobs. An Activity
Report can be printed either automatically or manually.
An Activity Report is automatically printed when either the number of communication results
reaches 40, or a specified time is reached. You can set whether to automatically print an Activity
Report. (See "Activity Report," on p. 7-5.)
NOTE
The default setting of the Auto Print function is 'On'.
DEPT. ID
If Department ID Management is set, the Department ID is printed. Transmission logs are listed
according to the Department ID.
ST. TIME
The date and time (in 24-hour notation) at which the document started to transmit or receive are printed.
An asterisk (*) indicates a document that has already been printed.
DESTINATION ADDRESS
The name and fax number of the remote party are printed. If a subaddress or sender's name has been
specified, it is printed beneath the fax number.
