Types of Memory Boxes
Set a Confidential Memory Box.
For instructions on registering a Confidential Memory Box, see "Confidential Memory Box," on
p. 5-45.
Give the subaddress and RX password to the parties who will be
sending documents to this Memory Box.
The other parties can now send documents to the Confidential

Memory Box.

NOTE
If you set Memory Box RX Report to 'On' (from the Additional Functions screen), a report is
printed when documents are received in the Confidential Memory Box. (See "Memory Inbox RX
Report," on p. 7-8.)
Enter the password to print documents stored in the Confidential
Memory Box.
Documents stored in the Confidential Memory Box are not erased when you print them. (See
"Printing or Erasing Documents," on p. 3-10.)
