Make sure that the shutter of the camera is open.
If it is closed, slide the shutter switch on the top of the system to the right to
open the shutter.

Press the VIDEO CONF button on the Remote Commander to the right to
display the launcher menu.

Using the Launcher Menu

The launcher menu appears on the display when the system is turned on or
while it is not connected to a remote party. The launcher menu displays the
image shot by the local camera, local system status, One Touch Dial list and
buttons to open the menus.

2 System indicators
The indicators show the current status of the local system by the icons or letters
listed below.
