Description
Product Code — These bits are hard-coded to represent the product type. The
EPM-15 always reads as 00011. Other codes are reserved for future products.

Extended Temperature — Indicates operating temperature range.
0 = Standard temperature range
1 = Extended temperature range
Revision Level — These bits represent the EPM-15 circuit revision level.
