Symptom
Missing characters throughout
the length of the paper
The paper is wrinkled.
Text is blurred.
Back of the paper gets filthy.
Transparencies are not printed
clearly.
The drum/toner cartridge is defective or damaged. Replace it with a new drum/toner
cartridge.
