Feature adopted by operating systems that enable automatic configuration of the operating
environment by just installing a peripheral to the computer, making it for ready for use.
Port
Connection that allows the computer and the peripherals to exchange information.
Print page buffer
Location that actually processes and stores print data.
Printable area
Area of a paper that can be actually printed.
Print driver
Software that converts data created by application software to data that can be interpreted
by the printer.
Resolution
Describes the fineness of graphics. Normally, it is expressed in number of dots per inch
(unit: dpi) and the greater this value, the higher is the resolution (which can describe in
details).
Software
Program to operate the computer. Software includes OS as well as application software.
Uninstall
To delete software installed in the computer.
