1. Drain tube

NOTE: If vehicle is used in dusty area,
inspect more frequently than specified
MAINTENANCE CHART

If liquids/deposits are found, squeeze
and remove the clamp. Pull drain tube
out and empty it.
NOTICE
Do not start engine when
liquids/deposits are found in the
drain tube.
When liquids/deposits are found, the
air filter must be inspected/dried/re-
placed depending on its condition.
Remove air filter as explained in
FILTER REMOVAL

Engine Oil

Engine Oil Level
NOTICE
and refill if necessary. Do not over-
fill. Operating the engine/transmis-
sion with an improper level may
severely damage engine/transmis-
sion. Wipe off any spillage.
NOTE: While checking the oil level, vi-
sually inspect engine area for leaks.

RH SIDE OF ENGINE
1. Dipstick
With vehicle on a level surface and en-
gine cold, not running, check the oil lev-
el as follows:
1. Unscrew dipstick then remove it
and wipe clean.
2. Reinstall dipstick, screw in it com-
pletely.
3. Remove dipstick again and check
oil level. It should be near or equal
to the upper mark.
