Directory Number Hunting
This service allows users in the group to be called directly . When assigned to a Directory Number Hunting
group, except for the Be Anywhere policy, the call is handled by the existing Hunt Group policies and the called
user, if unavailable, is skipped . For the Be Anywhere policy, an unavailable agent is not skipped .
Note:
A member of a Hunt Group can be assigned to only one Directory Hunting Group in the system .
