2. Install:
9 Dowel pin
9 Gasket (crankcase)
Crankcase 1

Cylinder body 2

When assembling the crankcase and cylin-
der body, make sure that the camshaft
gear teeth a a mesh with the oil splash
gear b b .
3. Tighten:
9 Bolt (crankcase)
Bolt :
1st :10 Nm
(1.0 m•kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
2nd:22 Nm
(2.2 m•kg, 16 ft•lb)
NOTE:
Make sure tightening sequence is
observed as shown.
