Changing Color Schemes

Customizing Camera Names and Icons

Customizing the way cameras appear on screen helps users select the correct camera input during a call.
You can enter camera names and assign icons. You can choose camera icons from categories including
Corporate, Education, Justice, Manufacturing, and Medical.
Setting Up
1. Go to System > Admin Settings > Cameras,
then select
2. Enter camera names and select the
appropriate icon for each video source.
Using in a Call
With customized camera names and
icons, users can select the correct
camera source during a call, quickly and
without rehearsal or experimentation.

Different user interface color schemes are available, allowing you to coordinate the
system interface with the meeting room décor.
1.
Go to System > Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings,
then select
twice.

Select a color scheme.
You can allow users to change color schemes by allowing user access to the User
Settings screen.
