Designing the User Experience
© Polycom, Inc.
This chapter describes how to design the videoconferencing experience for the
needs of your users. You can customize the behavior and system appearance to
accommodate a range of videoconferencing applications. This chapter also covers
how to build in different access levels for users, depending on how much or little
you want users to change the system behaviors you establish.
When you set up the system for the first time, the system is configured with the
most commonly-used behaviors by default. If you need to change any of the initial
settings, you can manually adjust them to accommodate your organization's
environment by configuring the screens described in this chapter.
If you established an administrator's password during the initial configuration,
you must enter it each time you change advanced settings.
