To refill the system:
1 Refit the hoses, and fill with the recommended coolant mix via the header tank.
2. Remove the bleed screw in the return water rail at the left hand side of the engine, taking care not to
misplace the sealing washer.

3. Using radiator pressure test equipment, pressurise the header tank to circulate the coolant. When neces-
sary, refill the header tank and repeat. When a steady stream of coolant flows from the bleed port,
replace the screw and washer and tighten.
