Only one VMS(2)/(4)/(8)-U10 ETU can be installed in
each system in any S1~S8 slot in any system KSU.
 The system can have one FMS(2)/(4)/(8)-U10 ETU or one
CTI/VP(4)/(8)/(12)/(16)-U10 ETU in place of VMS.
