INSTALLING THE CARBURETOR

1. Install:
9 needle set
2. Install:
9 joint 1
9 intake manifold 2
10 Nm (1.0 m·kg, 7.2 ft·lb)
3. Connect:
9 fuel hose 1
9 carburetor overflow hose 2
9 vacuum sensing hose 3
9 air vent hose 4
9 vacuum sensing hose 5
4. Install:
9 carburetor assembly
9 intake manifold bolts
10 Nm (1.0 m·kg, 7.2 ft·lb)
9 clamp screw
5. Install:
9 throttle valve assembly
NOTE:
9 Align the slit a of the throttle valve with the
tab b of the carburetor body.
9 Be careful to fall off the O-ring on the carbure-
tor top cover when installing the throttle valve
assembly.
6. Install:
9 accelerator pump cable 1
9 choke cable 2
9 o-ring
9 carburetor top cover 3
