ASSEMBLING THE WATER PUMP

1. Install:
9 water pump seal 1
NOTE:
Install the water pump seal with the special
tools.
å Push down.
2. Lubricate:
9 water pump seal 1
3. Install:
9 impeller
9 plate
NOTE:
9 Align the slit in the impeller shaft with the slot
of the plate.
9 After installation, check that the impeller shaft
rotates smoothly.

INSTALLING THE THERMOSTAT

1. Install:
9 thermostat 1
9 thermostat cover 2
9 bracket
NOTE:
Face the hole toward to the forward to install.
