KINO-DQM871 Mini-ITX SBC
Step 1:
Open the SO-DIMM socket handles. Open the two handles outwards as far as
they can. See Figure 4-4.
Step 2:
Align the SO-DIMM with the socket. Align the SO-DIMM so the notch on the
memory lines up with the notch on the memory socket. See Figure 4-4.
Step 3:
Insert the SO-DIMM. Once aligned, press down until the SO-DIMM is properly
seated. Clip the two handles into place. See Figure 4-4.
Step 4:
Removing a SO-DIMM. To remove a SO-DIMM, push both handles outward.

4.5 PCIe Mini Card Installation

Two PCIe Mini card slots are located on the KINO-DQM871. To install the PCIe Mini card,
please refer to the diagram and instructions below.

Step 1:
Insert into the socket at an angle. Line up the notch on the card with the notch
on the connector. Slide the PCIe Mini card into the socket at an angle of about
20º.
Step 2:
Push down until the card clips into place. Push the other end of the card
down until it clips into place on the plastic
