Please check the following items
Are you periodically cleaning the drain outlet?
Blocking of the drain outlet may cause odor.
Is the drain trap cover mounted correctly?
Odor may become troublesome depending on the drain water piping.
Are you using a detergent or a softener with strong odor or
having high viscosity?
Strong odor of detergent or softener may remain in the laundry.
Are you keeping the laundry in the tumbling drum after the
operation is finished?
Immediately after the drying or semi drying, warm laundry may
have the odor of detergent etc.
During the drying operation, odor may come in from the drain
outlet and adhere to the laundry.
Have you put in too many clothes that are prone to winding
such as trousers and long sleeve shirts?
Uneven drying may occur if the tangled laundry is dried as it is.
Did you perform drying operation after spinning the laundry?
If the laundry is dried as it is without spinning, operation may
finish with semi dry laundry.
Did you remove the dry filter during the drying operation?
If the dry filter is removed during the drying operation, drying
performance may worsen as the pressure inside the tumbling
drum changes.
Adjustment method
Periodically clean the drain outlet (approximately once in a
month).
Mount the drain trap cover correctly. Odor of drain inlet may come
during drying operation depending on the installation conditions
(configuration of drain trap or drain water piping). Change the
dehumidification method from Air-Cooling Dehumidification to
Water-Cooling Dehumidification. (However, the amount of water
used during drying operation will increase)
Reduce the amount of detergent or softener if the odor is
troublesome.
Leaving semi dried warm laundry after washing may cause odor.
Remove the laundry immediately after the operation finishes.
It is not an error.
When the laundry contains many clothes that are prone to
winding, manually unwind them after the spinning operation
before performing the drying.
When drying the wet laundry, perform the drying operation after
performing the spinning operation once.
Do not remove the dry filter during the drying operation.
