Please check the following items
Water will be supplied automatically as soon as the water level
goes down during washing.
Have you put in too much detergent?
If a lot of foam is generated, the foam sensor will detect it and
activate water draining and feeding.
Water is fed for several seconds (several times) to defoam
before the spinning operation in the initial rinsing program.
Have you put in too much detergent?
Water is injected into the tumbling drum to clear up foam
in the tumbling drum (max. 15 min.). The indicator lights up
alternatively.
Are you periodically cleaning the drain outlet?
Are you washing large quantities of items such as towels from
which the lint comes off easily?
The drain outlet may be blocked by lint because of its shape.
If the drain outlet still blocks
Is the drain hose securely connected to the drain outlet?
Is the drain trap cover installed firmly?
Depending on the installation requirements, even after
installing the drain trap cover, water may come out from the
drain trap cover during the drying operation, making the
surrounding area wet.
Is displayed on the control panel?
Door can not be opened as the door lock is activated when
this indicator lights up.
Did you turn off the power supply with the door locked?
If the power is turned off when the door is locked, the door
will be locked.
Did you turn off the power supply during spinning operation?
During spinning, the door can't be opened even it is paused
until the tumbling drum stops rotation.
Adjustment method
It is not an error.
From the next time, put appropriate amount of detergent
according to the instructions displayed on the panel.

Periodically clean the drain outlet (approximately once in a
month).
Regularly clean the drain outlet (once a month).
It is recommended that you buy "Lint Box WLB-2" available
separately and install it in your machine.
Securely connect the drain hose to the drain outlet.

Change the dehumidification method during drying operation to
Water-Cooling Dehumidification Method.
Door can be opened after pressing the Pause button.

When is displayed, wait until it is turned off.
Press power ON button and turn on the power supply. Door lock
will be released.
Wait until the tumbling drum stops completely. When
up, the door can be opened.
