Symptoms
Are you washing the clothes with deep color washing load or
new color patterned fabric?
Check the care label of the laundry.
Concentration of the dye may increase, resulting in a
significant color staining.
Does the tap water contain rust of the pipes?
Fabric may discolor due to rust of the water pipes.
Color staining and
discoloration
To remove the color stains and discoloration
Note
Check the pictorial indication or note of caution as bleaching
agent can not be used depending on the washing load. It
may not be possible to completely remove the color stains or
discoloration depending on their condition.
Coarse feeling of the
Laundry such as towels and pile fabric may feel coarse.

Are you cleaning the tumbling drum regularly?
About odor
Accumulation of soap scum or mildew in the drum may cause
odor.
Please check the following items Adjustment method
Separate the laundry prone to color staining such as deep color
laundry from the other washing load.
Avoid keeping it for long time.
Check whether the tap water contains rust by passing the tap
water through a towel etc. Consult a professional service provider
if the tap water contains rust.
Try the following.
Bleach (leave in a wash basin etc. for short time) the white clothes
with chlorine bleaching agent or reducing bleaching agent, and
the color / patterned clothes with a peroxide bleaching agent.
(Check the instructions manual of the bleaching agent before
using)
Please use the softener.
Please operate with the [SOFT] program.
After drying, add 30 MIN. drying time in the [FUZZY] program of
the drying operation for the laundry with coarse feeling.
Periodically perform the [TUB CLEAN] program.
For suppressing the generation of mildew, it is recommended to
leave the door open after finishing the operation. (Take necessary
precautions so that children do not get into the tumbling drum)
Use door stopper (door open screw) in such cases.
For suppressing the generation of mildew, it is recommended to
run the [TUB DRY] program after drying the drum.
