If you have any problem in installation, please ask at the store at which you purchased the product or the company which
installed it for you.
Reasons for water leakage
Are you using Hitachi's new quick-connector (accessory)
for the connection to the faucet?

product, attached firmly?

Checking how the product is installed

The water level indicator
needs to be looked at from
directly above.
If any trouble occurs during use
Reasons for abnormal drainage
Is the height of the drainage hose 10cm or less?
Is water drainage hose firmly attached to the water drainage?

If the hose goes over the threshold, the height of the
hose needs to be 10cm or less, and the total length of
the hose needs to be 2m or less.
