Use the following procedure to troubleshoot and repair an MMU problem.
In each of these steps,
always turn off the power before
you
connect or disconnect a cable or replace a component.
Step
1.
If one of the follOwing error messages ap-
pears, take the
indicated action.

ERROR - User portion
of MI'IU failed
***
ERROR - Supervisor portion
of the MMU failed
2. If
two
or more RAM ICs are identified as
bad (errors 120 through 135), an MMU
problem
is
probable.

Repeat the test.

an MMU failure
is
indicated a
second time, replace the logic A PCA.
Repeat the test.
H
an MMU failure
is
indicated a
second time, replace the logic A
peA.
Replace the logic A PCA.
