DTCS polarity setting

As well as the code setting, the polarity setting is also avail-
able for the DTCS operation. When a different polarity is
set, the DTCS never releases audio mute even a signal with
matched code number is received.
q Hold down [SET](TS) for 1 second to enter the Set mode.
w Rotate [DIAL] to select the "EXPAND" item.
e While holding down [FUNC], rotate [DIAL] to turn the
Expand set mode ON.
r Rotate [DIAL] to select the "DTCS P" item.

t While holding down [FUNC], rotate [DIAL] to select the
polarity from normal (NORMAL) and reverse (REV).
