Using a pre-set aperture to determine the depth
of field - [Aperture-Priority] Mode
Recording mode:
By setting the aperture value manually, you can determine the depth of field (i.e. how
much of the subject is rendered sharply) to suit your compositional intentions. The shutter
speed is automatically adjusted accordingly.
Set the mode dial to
Press the [EXPOSURE] button and use the respective cursor
buttons to determine aperture value
Press the [EXPOSURE] button
When the picture is too bright or too dark, indicating an incorrect exposure, the aperture
and shutter speed values are shown in red.
