The computer does not recognize the card (it only reads the built-in memory).

Disconnect the USB connection cable (supplied) and reconnect with a card in place.

→ Check whether your computer is compatible with SDXC Memory Cards.
→ A message prompting you to format the card may appear when you connect it. Do not format the
card.
→ If the [Access] indicator on the monitor does not go off, switch off the camera before disconnecting
