Use the [Rec] menu to change settings and set up your own recording environment.

If the camera-shake warning is displayed, use
[Stabilizer], a tripod, or [Selftimer].

If the aperture and shutter speed appear in red, this
usually indicates underexposure. In such cases you
should either use the flash, change the [Sensitivity]
settings or set [Min. Shtr Speed] to a slower speed.
