Executive Privilege

Executive Privilege allows you to use the features available at your station from any other station in the system. This
feature operates for a single call.
To activate Executive Privilege:
1. Lift any telephone handset in the system.
2. Dial Executive Privilege feature code #170.
3. Listen for the dial tone.
4. Dial your own station number.
5. Dial your passcode (4 digits).
6. Listen for the distinctive dial tone.
7. Dial your required number.
Notes:
1) Some telephones may be denied the Executive Privilege feature (defined by Class of Service).
2) In order to use Executive Privilege your station must be defined with a passcode (see
3) Executive Privilege remains in effect for a single call only. Once the call is completed the telephone returns to
its original Class of Service.
