The Turbo-51 core logic of Winbond Keyboard controller is based on the industry standard 8032 device. It is
built around an 8-bit ALU that uses internal registers for temporary storage and control of the peripheral
devices. It can execute the standard 8032 instruction set.
The Winbond Keyboard controller separates the memory into two sections, the Program Memory and the Data
Memory. The Program Memory, MTP-ROM, is used to store the instruction op-codes, and the Data Memory,
RAM, is used to store data and now is consists of a 256 bytes scratch pad RAM and a 2K bytes external SRAM.
The external SRAM can be accessed by either MOVX instruction in generally or to be a scratched ultra ROM
for special purpose.
