Troubleshooting By Symptom

The troubleshooting procedures follow flow charts.
There are four symptoms, the symptom that you are
experiencing will determine which flow chart to use.
The flow chart asks yes and no questions to determine
the problem. The flow chart will direct you to a
procedure to correct the problem. Traditional remote
and self contained models use seperate charts.
SYMPTOM #1

Ice Machine Stops Running

Toggle Switch is in the ICE position
or
Has a History of Shutting Down

SYMPTOM #2

Ice Machine has a Long Freeze Cycle.

Ice Formation is Thick
or
Thin Ice Fill on Top or Bottom of Evaporator
or
Low Production
