The filter-drier used on Manitowoc ice machines are manufactured to Manitowoc specifications. The difference between a Manitowoc drier and an off-the-shelf drier is in filtration. A Manitowoc drier has dirt-retaining filtration, with fiberglass filters on both the inlet and outlet ends.
