Erasing the HTRD400 Recorder Hard Drive

If you have set the HTRD400 Recorder to stop recording when the hard drive is full (see
Configuring Recorder Global
drive. The Record LED on the front panel of the recorder blinks when the hard drive is full.
Caution
Erasing the hard drive means that all data on the hard drive is
permanently lost. Make sure that you save (archive) all the files you
may need in the future before you erase the hard drive.
Note
You must be connected to an HTRD400 Recorder and have administrator
access to erase the hard drive when password protection is enabled.
