Checking Announcements; Deleting Announcements - TIPTEL 309 Operating Instructions Manual

If you record announcement 2 as a non-recordable message,

your tiptel 309 will automatically switch to this message if the
recording memory is full.

Checking announcements

Press "Select" to choose
your desired announcement.
Press "Announcement" brief-
ly.
You can set the volume by
using the volume control.

Deleting announcements

Press the "Select" key next to
the "delete" symbol during
playback.
Announcements
The announcement will appear at
the bottom-right of the display.
Your announcement will play
back. The word "Playback", the
time you have already listened to
the message and the sequence
number of the announcement will
appear on the display.
The current announcement will be
deleted.
