Auto Configuration with BIOS Defaults
If, for some reason, the CMOS becomes corrupted, the
system can be reconfigured with the default values
stored in the ROM chips. The BIOS Setup default
values should provide optimum performance for the
system. You should use these values unless you are
possibly having hardware problems.
Highlight this option on the main menu and press
<Enter>. The message below will appear.
Load BIOS Setup Default Values from ROM Table (Y/N)? N
Type "Y" and press <Enter> to return to the BIOS setup
default values. After pressing <Enter>, you will be
returned to the main menu.
Auto Configuration with Power-on Defaults
The Power-on defaults are similar to the BIOS Setup
defaults. These defaults are the most stable values for
the system and should be used if you are possibly having
hardware problems.
Highlight this option on the main menu and press
<Enter>. The message below will appear.
Load Power-on Default Values from ROM Table (Y/N)? N
Type "Y" and press <Enter> to return to the Power-on
default values. After pressing <Enter>, you will be
returned to the main menu.
