The Clean button launches the cleaning routine. The cleaning routine begins after all current
print jobs are complete.
Step Procedure
Click the Clean Printer tab.

2 Remove the ribbon cartridge and close the cover.
3 Remove the paper backing from both sides of the cleaning card.
4 Insert the cleaning card into the input hopper's manual feed.
Click the Clean button.

6 Guide the cleaning card into the printer as needed. When the cleaning routine is complete,
the cleaning card exits the printer.
