To configure the switch:
1 Enable IGMP snooping globally.
console(config)#ip igmp snooping
2 Enable the IGMP snooping querier on the switch. If there are no other
IGMP snooping queriers, this switch will become the IGMP snooping
querier for the local network. If an external querier is discovered, this
switch will not be a querier.
console(config)#ip igmp snooping querier
3 Allow the switch to filter multicast addresses.
console(config)#mac address-table multicast

4 Create VLAN 100
console#configure
console(config)#vlan database
console(config-vlan)#vlan 100
5 Enable IGMP snooping on VLAN 100.
console(config-vlan)#ip igmp snooping 100
6 Enable the IGMP snooping querier on VLAN 100.
console(config-vlan)#ip igmp snooping querier 100
console(config-vlan)#exit
7 Configure an IP address for VLAN 100. This address will be used as the
IGMP snooping querier address if this switch becomes the querier.
console(config)#interface vlan 100
console(config-if-vlan100)#ip address 192.168.10.2
255.255.255.0
console(config-if-vlan100)#exit
8 Specify the address to use as the source address for IGMP queries sent
from any interface. The global querier address is the IP address of VLAN
100.
console(config)#ip igmp snooping querier address
192.168.10.2
