Solution
Replace the scanner cover
(scanner unit).
Replace the main PCB.
Check the CIS type mounted
and enter the new CIS type into
the EEPROM with Function
code 59 in the maintenance
mode. (Refer to Chapter 9,
Section 9.4.16.)
Install the latest firmware.
- Correct the cable connection.
- Replace the scanner cover
(scanner unit).
Correct the harness
connection.
Replace the scanner cover
(scanner unit).
Replace the main PCB.
