Solution
Open and close the scanner
cover.
Unplug and plug the AC cord.
Correct the connection.
Replace the main PCB.
Replace the control panel PCB.
Set the scanner cover sensor
actuator into place.
Replace the rubber keypad.

Remove the jammed
document.
Remove foreign materials.
Correct the surrounding parts
on which the actuator caught.
