One Touch Keys available: keys 1– 15 on the main One
Touch panel and keys 16–30 beneath the main One
Touch panel. To access One Touch keys 16–30, simply
lift the main One Touch keypad by the latch on the left
side of the cover. When you're finished, close the keypad
to continue normal operation and programming.
Using the One Touch Keys for Selecting
Functions and Programming
Use One Touch keys 1–10 for selecting special transmission
and reception functions, for obtaining reports, and for quick
access to programming functions.
To select a function:
1 Press the Select Function key.
2 Press the corresponding One Touch key.
List of One Touch Keys with Descriptions
1/Delayed TX key
Use this key to send a fax at a later time and date (within three
days). Refer to the "Advanced Operations, Sending a Fax at a
Later Date and time" section of this user's manual.
2/Broadcast Feeder TX key
Use this key to send a fax to multiple locations or to switch from
memory to the document feeder when preparing to send a fax.

(Broadcasting)" section of this user's manual.
3/Confidential TX key
Use this key to send a confidential document to a mailbox
(a secure memory storage area) in the receiving fax
machine. Refer to the "Advanced Operations, Confidential
Faxes (Security Feature)" section of this user's manual.
4/Relay Initiate TX key
Use this key to set up a relayed fax transmission. During a
relayed fax transmission, your fax machine initiates the
transmission by sending a document to a second fax
machine, which then broadcasts the message to a number
of other fax machines. Refer to the "Relay Faxing" section
of this user's manual.
5/Polling key
When a document is loaded on the document tray, use this
key to set your fax machine to wait for another fax
machine to call and request the document to be sent
(polling transmission). When no document is loaded, use
this key to call another fax machine and request it to send
the documents loaded into it (polling reception). Refer to
the "Advanced Operations, Polling" section of this user's
manual.
6/Report Print key
Use this key to print reports or phone lists manually. Refer
to the "Reports" section of this user's manual.
