5.6 Selecting the Orig > Copy Settings (Copy Settings)
Booklet copy ("4 in 1/Booklet" setting)
Select this setting to reduce the document for booklet-making and copying onto both sides
of the paper.
The page order differs than with the "2-2 in 1" setting.
The pages are laid out so that they can be read like a magazine.
If the "4 in 1/Booklet" setting is selected, the size of the original is automatically reduced.
Booklet-binding ("Booklet Creation" setting)
Select this setting to bind copies with staples and fold them along the center. (The copies
will be made into a booklet.)
Note
If less than 4 document pages are loaded, they will be fed out without being bound, even if the "Bind"
setting was selected.
Tip
The copy zoom ratio during 2 in 1 copying, 4 in 1 copying and booklet binding can be specified using
the "2 in 1, 4 in 1, Booklet Copy Zoom" function on the User's Choice: 2 screen. For more details, refer
to "Specifying Default Settings ("User's Choice" Functions)" of "Utility Mode Operations" in the
Administrator Operations volume.
