Chapter 1. Introducing the IBM 4820 SurePoint Solution

The IBM 4820 SurePoint Solution (see Figure 1-1 on page 1-2) is a family of
displays optimized for retail point of sale applications. Choices in touch
technology, screen size, I/O device support, and connectivity enable a SurePoint
solution for any POS environment.
Table 1-1 summarizes the models and features of the 4820 SurePoint Solution:
