5. Diamond Blade Change-out:
NOTE: When installing the Retaining Nut, do not "cross-thread" and DO NOT over tighten the screw.
Rotate CW to
Open
(A)
Open the Outer Blade
(D)
Install the Diamond Blade
onto Blade Shaft
MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Turn CCW
(B)
Remove Retaining Nut and
Outer Flange
Turn CW
(E)
Install the Retaining Nut and
Outer Flange and then tighten
using the Blade and Shaft
Wrenches
Rotate CCW to
Close
(G)
Close the Outer Blade

Remove Diamond Blade from
Blade Shaft
(F)
Verify the Blade is seated on
the Blade Shaft and direction
of rotation is correct
