In the menu for the geographic latitude, enter the value rounded to one digit after the comma
(50,2).
In the same manner, the decimal value of the longitide is calculated.
9.3 Set the Satellite position
Carry out the Sections 9.3.1 to 9.3.3 consecutively for every satellite position to be added.
When programming the satellite positions, it is recommended that one starts with the outer
eastern most satellite. After this, add all other required positions proceeding in a western
direction until you have reached the outermost western satellite position. Your digital receiver
has already been channeld for the conventional satellite positions. In addition to this, you can
configure user.defined satellite positions for any given orbital position (User 1 to User 13).
9.3.1 Select satellite position
9.3.1.1 Select the channel that you would like to add to the list with the arrow
keys up/down.
>
To add a satellite position to the satellite list, highlight the field using the arrow keys

>
Confirm with OK. A list is displayed, showing the available satellite positions.
>
Now, using the up-down arrow keys highlight a satellite position, which you would
like to add to the sattellite list.
>
Press the key OK, to add the selection.
When the geo positioning is activated (Section 9.2), the dish is automatically turned
into the programmed satellite position. When the geo positioning is activated (Section
9.2) you can now turn the dish with the help of the function Turn to Sat (Section 9.4.1) to
the programmed user-satellite position.
You must rotate the dish manually (Section 9.3.2.2) to the required satellite position, if the
geo positioning is deactivated.
As soon as the dish has completed its rotation, the set test transponder checks, whether a
signal can be received at this position. This detects, whether the position to be saved is a
pre-programmed position. For this, observe the pop-up menu in the lower section of the
menu.
9.3.1.2 Select the channel that you would like to add to the list with the arrow
keys up/down.
>
In order to add a user-satellite position to the satellite list, highlight the field Sat new
using the arrow keys.
>
Confirm with OK. A list is displayed, showing the available satellite positions.
>
Now select a user satellite position (User 1 to User 13) with the arrow keys
up/down.
