6.10 Audio description settings

In the [System] > [Audio description setting] menu, you can make
settings for the audio description in which a speaker describes the image
content being displayed.
Note that this service is only available if the set channel includes this
audio channel.

6.10.1 AD service

Turn on the AD service to be able to use it.

6.10.2 Automatic AD playback

Select whether you want the audio description to start playing
automatically.

Set the desired volume offset from the "normal" sound of the set
channel.

6.11 Other settings

In the [System] > [Other] menu, you can create settings for the channel
display and auto-standby, and switch on a sound signal for adjusting the
satellite system.

6.11.1 Channel display

Select whether only [Free], [Encrypted] or [All] channels are to be
displayed in the channel list.

6.11.2 Sound signal

If you switch on the audio signal, an audio signal is played back when
the antenna setting menu is called up (see section 6.12.3), which you can
use to optimise the alignment of your satellite system without having to
look at the screen.

6.11.3 Auto-standby

Disable/enable automatic shutdown of the device when not in use.
If the function is activated, you can set the duration that should
elapse since the last operation before the device switches off in the
subsequent line.

6.12 Antenna installation and channel scan

In the [Installation] > [DVBS Installation] menu, you can make settings for
the satellite system and a channel scan.

6.12.1 Antenna connection

In this line, select whether you are using a [Fixed system] or a [Rotary
system].

6.12.2 Satellite list

Here you will find a selection of preset satellites. If the satellite you are
looking for is missing, you can add it here. Likewise, you can delete
satellites from the list or change their names.
Highlight a satellite and press the OK button to add or remove the heart
icon from it.
Only satellites with a heart symbol can be selected in the antenna
settings, the channel scan and the transponder list (items 6.12.3 to
6.12.5).
Note: Note the colour keys shown for their other functions.
