8.7 Replacing a Manual/Hydraulic Pump

CAUTION!
Risk of Damage
Improper assembly may cause injury or damage.
– DO NOT overtighten the mounting hardware. This
will damage the mounting bracket.
1. Loosen the nut A that secures the ball of the pump B into the
mounting socket C.
Rest the boom D on your shoulder and remove the nut F, bolt
2.
G, nylon washer E and washers H from the boom mounting
bracket I.
3. Remove the pump.
4. Reverse steps for installation.
