Cause and Remedy
PDL (Printer Description Language) error detected by

the controller while processing a network print job.
Cancel and resend the print job. If problem continues,

reboot both the controller and the printer and resend
job. If the problem persists, call the Customer Support
Centre for further help/instructions.
Disk full error message on the controller.
Cause
Cancel job. Delete unwanted files from the

controller. Resend the network print job.
When the machine is configured to only print attached

documents when received by mail, a message with no
attachments is discarded upon receipt.
To print the mail body or header information as well,

change settings in the CentreWare Internet Services
Properties screen.
