The KH98 package consists of:

1 KH98 KVM Switch

1 Firmware Upgrade Cable

1 Rack Mount Kit (Brackets and Phillips head hex M3 x 8 screws)

1 Foot Pad Set (4 pcs.)

Check to make sure that all of the components are present and in good order.

If anything is missing, or was damaged in shipping, contact your dealer.
