Strata ACD for MAS and MicroMAS is pre-installed on MAS / MicroMAS. For standalone, see
Chapter 2 – Software Installation

activated by eManager.
Step 3A: Install Strata Unifier (Optional Network ACD Software)
If Network ACD is being installed, Strata Unifier must be installed and setup so that Net Server
can be properly configured in Step 3B. See Software installation of
ACD (Optional)"
Step 3B: Set Up Net Server
After you install the ACD software and optional software modules and you reboot the PC, you can
make the final connections. Each Dialogic port needs a station connection to the Strata CIX and a
LAN connection between Strata CIX and the server PC.
The Net Server is the first point of contact for communications between Strata CIX and the
software just loaded. The Net Server should have started when the PC was rebooted.
Note If Network ACD is being used, the Strata Unifier will be the first point of contact for
communication between all Strata CIX systems and Net Server.
